Product Overview
Coppa is a cut from the upper part of the pig, close to the head, sometimes called cabecero de lomo.
This Coppa serrano by Fermin is cured for 60-70 days using artisanal methods in La Alberca, Spain, a Natural Reserve declared a World Heritage. You will notice an intense red color with marbled appearance, which complements the intense aroma and flavor.
If you are not ready to get the whole piece, we also offer this Coppa thinly sliced on premises and vacuum sealed it for preservation. It is ready to serve or use in bocadillos, on tapas or charcuterie board. Just remove the plastic and let it air for some minutes before carefully separating the slices.
Please keep in dry, cool place away from sunlight.
