The "Fire" spicy oil Llàgrimes del Canigó is made with extra virgin olive oil of the best quality, mainly with olives of the variety argudell grown in fields of the Costa Brava. When extracted cold, a flavor rich in aromas and very balanced is achieved.
Adding species makes for an intense and seasoned flavor which makes it a perfect companion for pizza, pasta and meat, although it can be used in all kinds of recipes.
No added artificial flavors, just pure ingredients: Bird's eye chilli (one of the spiciest), Banyoles garlic from Agullana, and a selection of peppers: Black pepper, white pepper, allspice, pink pepper and green pepper.
