Thyme oil Llàgrimes del Canigó is made with olives of the variety argudell cultivated in fields of the Gironès. When extracted cold, a flavor rich in aromas and very balanced is achieved.
Its soft, fragrant and slightly earthy aroma makes it a perfect companion for all dishes, especially red meats (both oven and grill). Each extra virgin olive oil can be used both raw and in the kitchen, to give it that homemade touch.
No artificial flavors used. Each sprig of thyme is carefully collected by hand in the area of the Cap de Creus, Costa Brava. Once harvested, each sprig is hung during the week of full moon to fortify its natural properties.
